The Cup of Community Art Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Richwood Bank and Richwood Coffee (collectively, “Sponsors”).
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the State of Ohio of all ages.
Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. By submitting an entry on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian represents and agrees that they have read and accept these Official Rules and releases on behalf of the minor and themselves, and that they consent to the use of the minor’s name, likeness, and submitted artwork as described herein.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Participants may submit original artwork in accordance with the Contest guidelines provided by the Sponsors. All submissions must be received by the stated deadline to be eligible. Incomplete, late, or non-conforming entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.
Original Work Representation
By entering the Contest, participants represent and warrant that:

The submitted artwork is original and created solely by the participant;

The artwork does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party; and

The participant has full authority to grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules.
Ownership & License Grant
Participants retain ownership of their original artwork. However, by submitting an entry, participants grant Richwood Bank and Richwood Coffee a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the submitted artwork, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other lawful business purposes, in any media now known or later developed.
Name, Likeness & Submission Release
By entering the Contest, participants agree, where permitted by law, that Richwood Bank and Richwood Coffee may use the participant’s name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, biographical information, and submitted artwork for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes related to the Contest or to Richwood Bank and/or Richwood Coffee, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
No Additional Compensation
Participants acknowledge and agree that no compensation, payment, or royalties will be provided for the use of their name, likeness, or submitted artwork, except for any prize expressly stated as part of the Contest.
Release & Hold Harmless
By entering the Contest, participants knowingly and voluntarily release and hold harmless Richwood Bank, Richwood Coffee, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or the use of any submitted materials, to the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law.
General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond their control compromise the integrity, fairness, or intended operation of the Contest. Sponsors’ decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.
Governing Law & Venue
This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Ohio.
